As part-time residents on Elbow Cay, we understand the needs of couples & families who want to experience all the beauty & warmth of our amazing island. We designed The Frigate House to be everything our guests could want in a vacation home, with the feel of an upscale, island retreat.

With its gorgeous ocean views, The Frigate House is a 5 bedroom, 4 full bath, 1 half-bath 3,500 square foot home with an open floor plan & plenty of room to stretch out. The Frigate House offers individual sleeping pods (separate from the living room & game room) for quiet, dreamful sleep, with blackout cuftains that you'll want to open nice & early to catch views of our breathtaking sunrises.

Then, when you've rested up, The Frigate House boasts a third floor widdow's walk, game room with darts, foosball table, pool table & indoor/outdoor bar. Enjoy private beach access, only steps away, & afterwards, regroup at The Frigate House's heated inground swimming pool with comfortable loungers on the same level as the bar.

Somewhat unique to this property is access to The Frigate House 35' boat slip, located in the newly constructed, private, Marnie's Creek Marina.
